Accelerating Finance for Drought Resilience, Water Infrastructure and Land Restoration

This high-level session will convene ministers, multilateral development banks, development finance institutions, institutional investors, philanthropic organizations, insurers, and private sector leaders to accelerate financing solutions for drought resilience and integrated land–water restoration. The session will address the growing global drought finance gap and explore how innovative financing mechanisms, blended finance structures, insurance solutions, and catalytic public-private partnerships can unlock large-scale investment for resilient landscapes, water security, and sustainable dryland economies.
