Sport4Land Champions

Launched at the Paris 2024 Olympics, the Sport4Land campaign unites athletes from around the world to spotlight one of the planet’s most urgent yet often overlooked challenges: land degradation. Every second, we lose the equivalent of four football fields of healthy land—loss we simply cannot afford.

Athletes from diverse backgrounds are stepping up—not just as sports icons but as advocates for environmental restoration. They bring their voices, influence, and commitment to the cause, engaging communities, raising awareness and leading restoration projects in their home countries.

By leveraging their platforms and joining forces, these athletes aim to "score big for land restoration", proving that the teamwork and determination that drive sport can also fuel global environmental change.
