Changwon Initiative Pavilion

Changwon Pavilion: Advancing Land Restoration Neutrality Goals. The Changwon Pavilion, rooted in the Republic of Korea’s Changwon Initiative, use the momentum of UNCCD COP16 to bring renewed focus to combating desertification and achieving Land Degradation Neutrality (LDN).

The pavilion offered a dynamic platform for events that showcased forestry innovations, land restoration technologies and global partnerships driving progress toward SDG15.3. Attendees had an opportunity to engage with diverse initiatives aimed at reversing land degradation while celebrating the enduring legacy of the Changwon Initiative's visionary commitment to sustainable land use.
