The first meeting of the Intergovernmental Working Group on Drought took place in Bonn from 29-30 November 2022.
The second meeting took place in Yerevan, Armenia during 14-15 March 2023.
The third meeting took place in Madrid, Spain during 21-23 June 2023.
The fourth meeting took place in Samarkand, Uzbekistan during 18-20 November 2023.
The fifth meeting took place in La Serena, Chile during 18-21 March 2024.
The sixth and final meeting took place for 3-6 June 2024, in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The final report was presented at COP 16 in December 2024 and can be found here.
